teach him that squirrels are so boring. get a squireel toy. play with him but when he goes near it stop him make him come to you. Go outside on a leash, open the door but the go back home when he sees the squirell. He will know that if I want to chease the squirrel I will go back home. Hope it helps. I tried it with my friend’s dog Cosmo. WORKS
