Dogs have very good hearing man. If you train a dog to respond to commands said in a normal voice, they will respond (this is how most dogs are trained).

Why are you screaming to dog the commands, he can understand them without screaming too! Loud voice is not right!

It’s optional. You can use any words you want for your cues. They don’t have to be German.
