Yes, it’s shocking how some people get, even on someone elses threads. I wish there was a delete comment option.

I can’t believe the bad language used by some people. My 7 year old showed me this while looking at puppy videos, so sad.

I just got one, apricot colour 9 weeks old. Perfect dogs miniature is knee high so not too small and they are really intelligent and do not molt. If you want a dog that doesnt smell or molt this is the dog.

If your puppy only pays attention to you when you’ve got a treat….you must be a real prick.

  11. PropGFX says:

Thanks :) yeah, she is great, and knows many more tricks now, we’ll have to do another vid.

  12. actfastleigh says:

    she is awesome!

  13. jae19882005 says:

if she only stops when u have a treat when shes being bad, ur rewarding her for being bad! watch cesar milan

  14. xmyrx says:

I don’t want my puppy to pay atttention to me only when I have a treat, that means that she doesn’t respect me , she only wants to get the treat etc
I’ll record her so you can see what I’m talking about :)

  15. xmyrx says:

THanks so much for your tips, I just love watching your video!
I’ll record Pixel (my puppy) so you can see how she bite… I say “NO!” and she keeps doing it, I have my legs with plenty of ” teeth marks” and scratches… And she also jump into the people…. the only way she could pay attention to me and stop doing it is if I have a treat for her, but when I don’t she will keep bitting :(

  16. PropGFX says:

thanks :) yeah, we’re glad ours is a mini, as we knew she’d think she was a lap dog also lol:D

  17. 199FOE says:

yo i have a dog and i dont know what race it is …can anyone give me there opinion if i send a pic?

  19. PropGFX says:

Sorry for all the replies, had to split the reply it was too big lol ;)

  20. PropGFX says:

She might get excited and try to turn it into a game, but be firm. as for special treats, she doesn’t have them, we use her own food ( Burns dry food ) a treat can also be in the form of a toy too, a ball etc.
no worries about the questions. and these things take time, you have to remember they’re still babies.
Good luck with the training. Let us know how it goes :)

  21. PropGFX says:

As for your puppy, they play with their mouth, therefore she needs to learn bite inhibition, so you have to be firm, a loud OWW when she bites/nips, and tell them “NO!” firmly, act hurt, and she’ll learn.

  22. PropGFX says:

    Thanks xmyrx ;)
Yeah she’s great, still has her loopy doodle dash moments, but other than that, she’s fantastic.
We didn’t go anywhere to learn to train her, we’ve had dogs before, and trained them the same way, you need to be consistant with them, there’s a great book called “The Perfect Puppy” by Gwen Bailey.

  23. xmyrx says:

Your puppy is adorable! she’s very intelligent, u are doing a great job!!
Where did you learn to train her? We just bought a Golden retriever and she bites alll the time , we cannot even walk because she’ll run and start bitting my pants, how or where can I learn to start training her? What kind of treats do you buy for ur puppy?
Sorry for the questions but I want my puppy to be a good pet …
    Thanks a lot!

  24. baggers123456789 says:

Thanks, she picks things up quickly, she’s 15 months now, and has quite a few more tricks to her collection, but she’s still over excitable sometimes :D I guess that’s a labradoodle thing lol

  25. ILoveTheSamShow says:
